So this is a new exercise that I’ve been trying out – I call it the negativity diet.
Negative thoughts and ideas weigh on our mind. They cloud our mind, they cause doubt and produce other negative outcomes (physical and mental). Negativity is like a toxin, and an accumulation of negativity can reek havic on our systems. In efforts to “detox” and provide room for growth, here is my idea for a negativity detox (or diet).
Try for one week a negativity diet (instead of the usual elimination diet). Negative thoughts are just like glutenous dairy rich foods – they cause extreme inflammation and toxic build up! Avoid negative thought patterns – about others, situations, and your self. Live with a positive outlook only and in one week see if you feel lighter, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
Remember – you are what you eat, AND, you are what you think. Think positive and light, be positive and light!
