March theme of the month – growth

Finally I can see the grass on the ground and it’s not freezing outside!

Okay… so I really can’t complain about the winter that has passed…. I only had to shovel the driveway once (during our only snow fall in Newmarket) and driving conditions have been good considering I’m driving to Toronto.  However, I am super excited that things are melting, colours are showing and nature is growing around me.  I feel as though March is definitely the month of growth.  We have gone through the stressors of the winter and the dreaded month of February, and because so have the ability to have the most growth which will sustain us throughout the year.  We do are most planning in March, and it’s usually when we are most productive and ready to explore the world because the shedding of winter.  And to facilitate that growth, a little detox to make room for growth is a fantastic idea.  Just some simple hydrotherapy like dry skin brushing or dew walk (my fav. thing to do in the change of the seasons – walk on the morning grass and let it invigorate the rest of your day – you get to feel grounded literally and spiritually!).  Get growing and enjoy the wonders of March!
